BMS COMMISSIONING ENGINEER - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Building Management Systems (BMS) service
provider.
Opportunity for a BMS Commissioning Engineer working with its
specialist BMS Controls team based in Dublin.
This role involves working with project and design teams in the
commissioning of BMS systems.
The projects are predominately Leinster based covering the following
sectors:
Pharmaceutical
Data Centre
Commercial fit outs
Industrial
Education
Supervision of and preparation of specification, programming,
commissioning, final tuning of HVAC controls Providing engineering and
commissioning assistance on projects as required
Regular attendance to site for meetings, installation, testing,
commissioning.
Assist with project management, planning and review of technical
decisions and challenges
Preparation of the pre-commissioning, commissioning procedures, final
reports, and certificates
REQUIREMENTS
Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or
electronic discipline.
Previous BMS Commissioning experience essential
Experience of BMS technologies
Full clean driving license
Knowledge of Siemens , Cylon, Trend, or Tridium BMS Engineer BMS &
QBMS Systems - desirable
Good electrical, mechanical and controls knowledge
